Smith named director of CRM operations

Denisha Smith, associate director of admissions operations at Roosevelt University, will join Missouri S&T as director of customer relationship management (CRM) operations in enrollment management. Her start date is Monday, April 25, and she will report to Shobi Sivadasan, vice provost of enrollment management.
