Our campus has experienced multiple losses and many within our S&T community continue to mourn. While grief is a personal and individual experience, common reactions include shock, disbelief, sadness, numbness, anger, guilt and confusion. Living with Loss offers a safe space to share experiences, give and receive support, learn about the process of grieving and explore coping strategies. Living with Loss sessions are free and confidential. Dr. Patti J. Fleck, director of counseling services, will facilitate a session at 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13.
