Missouri S&T’s IT team encourages faculty and staff to upgrade their Windows 7 computers to the Windows 10 operating system. Microsoft is discontinuing support for Windows 7 in January 2020 and new software may not be compatible with the older operating system.

The S&T IT department reminds employees that it is a good time to upgrade your Windows 7 computer to the Windows 10 operating system. To request an upgrade, please contact the IT Help Desk at 341-4357 (HELP), visit the help desk on the first floor of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library, or submit a ticket online at help.mst.edu. The upgrade is available for these computer models:
