Read More »Members of the Missouri S&T Army ROTC battalion plan to test fire the cannon outside Harris Hall sometime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29. No projectiles will be fired from the cannon, just sound. The sound is expected to be equivalent to that of the firing of a 10-gauge shotgun shell. ROTC cadets will form a perimeter around the area to keep bystanders at a safe distance.
