- 1-3 p.m. today (Thursday, Oct. 12), in St. Pat’s C of the Havener Center
- 9-11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, in St. Pat’s A of the Havener Center

Annual enrollment began Oct. 17 for benefit-eligible faculty and staff and will end tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 28. Enroll now through myHR. If you do not enroll — even if you wish to waive coverage — you will default to the Healthy Savings Plan, pay taxes on your monthly premiums, and will not receive the tobacco-free discount.

Make sure you click “submit” and receive a confirmation email. All benefit-eligible employees must enroll between Monday, Oct. 17, and Friday, Oct. 28. Don’t have computer access for the upcoming annual benefits enrollment or just need someone to give you a little extra help? Human resource services, affirmative action and diversity and inclusion has arranged to have a computer lab available for employees during annual benefits enrollment 7 a.m.-noon Monday, Oct. 20, and Monday, Oct. 27, in Room 105 Centennial Hall. No appointment is necessary and computers will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Annual benefits enrollment is just around the corner, Oct. 20-31. Eligible employees must actively make a choice this year, even if they are not currently enrolled in medical benefits. Human resources has scheduled town hall meetings and department meetings, but for more specific enrollment questions, employees can schedule a one-on-one meeting to speak with someone in more detail about the plans that are available. For 2015, the University of Missouri System will introduce new medical plan choices, as well as new wellness incentive options that offer up to $450 for taking steps to live a healthier life. This year, employees will be required to either select and submit a new medical plan, or waive coverage during this fall’s annual enrollment, which starts in October.
