Flags to fly at half-staff Aug. 12

By order of Missouri Gov. Michael Parson, all flags at state and government offices will be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset Monday, Aug. 12, in honor of Missouri House of Representatives member Rebecca Roeber, who died on Tuesday, July 30.
