Students to present REU symposium today
The Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program will host a symposium 11 a.m.-2 p.m. today (Wednesday, July 29) in the Havener Center atrium. Eleven undergraduates from around the U.S. have performed research this summer on renewable energy technologies. Their projects range from solar power system sizing to green roofs to biomass and will be presented in poster-session format. Light refreshments will be served. Read More »Parking fee changes take effect Aug. 1
New parking rates for faculty, staff, students and campus visitors will take effect starting Saturday, Aug. 1, for the 2015-16 fiscal year. Annual rates for reserve or designated permits will increase by 3 percent for the year, from $127.90 to $131.80. Universal parking permits will also increase by 3 percent, from $255.80 to $263.50.
