Wanda Davis, former employee of the residential life facilities and operations department, died Monday, April 18. Arrangements for Davis are through Rolla Cremation. Service information will be posted on the Rolla Cremation website once it is scheduled.

Philanthropy Month is a time of year when Missouri S&T celebrates the support of all alumni, students, friends and family. Staff Council is looking for volunteers to help out at the 2016 Staff Appreciation Day activities on Wednesday, May 25, which features the theme “Welcome to the Jungle.” If you would like to volunteer, email Diane Hagni and specify a time or activity you would like to help with.

The University of Missouri System South Africa Education Program Committee invites proposals from those interested in participating in the academic exchange between the UM System and South Africa. Opportunities include exchanges with the University of the Western Cape, located near Cape Town, and collaborative projects between the UM System and new or existing educational partners in South Africa.
