Parking lot to close temporarily for Career Fair

The parking lot near Gale Bullman Building, Lot X, will be restricted to vendors who are attending S&T’s Career Fair and for disabled parking on Tuesday, Sept. 28, and Wednesday, Sept. 29. Dropping off and picking up will not be allowed in the lot. Please plan accordingly.

‘Suit Up’ sale is Sunday

Missouri S&T is partnering with JCPenney to help provide professional attire to S&T students at a discounted price. Students can save up to 60% on select dress apparel, shoes and accessories during the Suit-Up event 6-9 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 19, at the JCPenney Store in Rolla. S&T student IDs are required for the discount. Missouri S&T’s Fall Career Fair will be held in-person Tuesday, Sept. 29, and Wednesday, Sept. 29, at the Gale Bullman Building, and online Thursday, Sept. 30, using Career Fair Plus.

Curators meet today to discuss face covering policy

The University of Missouri System announced last Friday that the Board of Curators will meet at 4 p.m. today to discuss the COVID-19 face covering policy in place at all four UM System universities. The temporary policy is set to expire after Wednesday, Sept. 15. The meeting will be livestreamed via Zoom.
