The University of Missouri System provides two types of insurance coverage for faculty and staff who travel internationally for university purposes. This insurance coverage is provided at no cost to the traveler or university department. AIG coverage includes travel accident and sickness benefits. MedEx coverage includes evacuation and transportation services. MedEx also provides an online location for travelers to store electronic medical information, copy of passport, travel schedule and more. Read More »Members of the Missouri S&T Army ROTC battalion plan to test fire the cannon outside Harris Hall sometime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29. No projectiles will be fired from the cannon, just sound. The sound is expected to be equivalent to that of the firing of a 10-gauge shotgun shell. ROTC cadets will form a perimeter around the area to keep bystanders at a safe distance.
