Healthy for Life will offer a flu shot clinic 7:30-9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, in St. Pat’s Ballroom C of the Havener Center. No appointment is necessary. Eligible employees can earn 50 points for Tier 2 of the 2017 wellness incentive.

Walt Branson, vice chancellor for finance and administration, shared an overview of the current budget with the campus community and answered audience questions at an open forum Oct. 26 in Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 1, access to the second and third floors of the west side of Schrenk Hall will not be available due to renovations. To access these floors, please use the elevator on the ground floor or first floor, or use the stairwells in the east side of Schrenk Hall.

University of Missouri System’s accounts payable shared services team will present “How to Pay for Goods and Services” at two sessions Monday, Nov. 14, in the Meramec-Gasconade Room of the Havener Center. The training is designed for employees who work directly with these transactions, approve them or supervise employees who do.

Missouri S&T’s Alpha Sigma Mu chapter will host a bake sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, in McNutt Commons. All proceeds will benefit the organization’s initiation dinner. Alpha Sigma Mu is a professional honor society for materials science and engineering.
