Renew your parking permit, request additional stickers

Missouri S&T’s parking operations is going paperless. Please renew your parking permit at http://parking.mst.edu by Saturday, July 15. Follow these three steps to renew:

  1. Beneath the Parking Lot Operations header, click on “Getting a Parking Permit.”
  2. Under “Employees,” select “Renew Your Employee Permit.”
  3. Complete the form and click “Submit Renewal.”

The parking lot operations staff will review your request and mail your new permit to your campus mailing address by Tuesday, Aug. 1.

Governor announces budget; S&T will proceed as planned for FY18

Miner Circle to close temporarily July 10-14

Heavy traffic is expected next week while summer campers are arriving and departing from the Havener Center. To lessen traffic congestion, University Police will close Miner Circle 3-4 p.m. each day from Monday, July 10, through Friday, July 14. During this time, vehicles will not be allowed to enter Miner Circle from Highway 63. Vehicles exiting campus on Miner Circle at 3-4 p.m. will be directed to go north only (right turns only). University Police officers also will assist with monitoring traffic in the mornings next week, around 8:30 a.m. when campers arrive.

New fiscal year brings organizational changes

With the new fiscal year that began on July 1, several organizational transitions are underway as part of Missouri S&T’s budget plan. These changes include a change in direct reports to the chancellor and a reduction in the number of direct reports to the provost and executive vice chancellor for academic affairs. Tap into a new audience as ‘Research on Tap’ speaker

Printer inventory starts July 10

S&T’s information technology (IT) staff, along with representatives from Marco, will conduct an inventory of all networked HP printers across campus beginning Monday, July 10. During the week, staff and representatives will stop by offices throughout campus to take inventory of printers.
