Faculty commencement rental regalia orders due Nov. 20
The S&T Store will accept faculty commencement rental regalia orders until Wednesday, Nov. 20. Regalia sets will come with a gown, cap and tassel. Let the store know if you have your own hood. On Monday, Nov. 4, Missouri S&T’s OrgSync presence will expire and content will be migrated to the new Engage platform. Please do not log in to OrgSync after Friday, Nov. 1. The IT team will set up a redirect to the new site when the transition is completed Nov. 4.

A lavender graduation ceremony will be held at S&T to recognize and support members of the LGBT+ community. Members of the LGBT+ community who will graduate this semester can sign up online to participate in S&T’s ceremony.

Lambda Sigma Pi will host its 27th annual chili, chips and cheese dinner 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, at the First United Methodist’s Family Life Center. All proceeds will go to Rolla charities.

Due to the weather forecast, the Staff Fall Festival will be held inside the Havener Center Thursday, Oct. 31, instead of outdoors as previously planned. All staff members are invited.
Read More »Fulton Hall entrance to re-open Oct. 30
The roof of Fulton Hall is being replaced and construction crews are performing tuck pointing work on the building. Work on the building will continue through December. The front entrance of Fulton Hall, currently closed, will re-open Thursday, Oct. 30.

Missouri S&T will host a flu shot clinics for employees. 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, in St. Pat’s Ballroom of the Havener Center. Please bring your insurance card and a completed flu shot consent form.
