Hydrant testing on campus

Rolla Fire and Rescue Department personnel will conduct routine fire hydrant testing today (Wednesday, July 22) and will check hydrants on campus for pressure and flow rate. Campus library reopens, operations change

Beginning this week, part of the ground floor and second floor of  Curtis Laws Wilson Library is open for service. Furniture has been rearranged to accommodate for social distancing and face coverings are required for entrance.

NSF grad research fellow workshop set for Aug. 11

The vice chancellor of research and graduate studies office will host a workshop on Tuesday, Aug. 11, focused on applying for the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP). Pedestrian detour signs to be posted during tunnel closure

In order to repair a storm line, the sidewalk to the pedestrian tunnel underneath Highway 63/Bishop Avenue will be closed on Monday, July 20. Pedestrians traveling to campus from University Drive who would typically use the pedestrian tunnel under Highway 63 and Bishop Avenue may use detour routes to access the tunnel.

Storm line repairs planned near Residential Commons 1

In order to repair a storm line, the sidewalk to the pedestrian tunnel underneath Highway 63/Bishop Avenue will be closed on Monday, July 20. It will remain closed for approximately 10 days. During this time, the right lane of University Drive in front of Residential Commons 1 will be closed. The entrance to the residence hall will remain open.

Fire alarm tests planned tomorrow
