Mid-America Transplant, Missouri S&T and Valkyrie UAS Solutions invite the campus community to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the nation’s first rural health care drone corridor. The initiative is designed to expand access to health care, support rural communities, create economic opportunities and advance organ‑donation logistics.

Mars Rover Design Team to unveil new rover Saturday
The Mars Rover Design Team will unveil its newest rover for this year’s University Rover Challenge during the team’s annual Rover Reveal 2-4 p.m. Saturday, March 7, in the Innovation Lab Forum. The event will showcase the student team’s engineering process, highlight key design features and include interactive displays for attendees.

Read More »Statewide tornado drill planned March 11
Missouri S&T will take part in Missouri’s statewide tornado drill at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 11.
This drill was rescheduled from Severe Weather Preparedness Week, originally held March 2-6. The National Weather Service will test its emergency alert procedures, and local agencies will activate outdoor warning sirens.
