A new book by Jack Morgan, research professor emeritus of English, recently received the Michael J. Durkan Prize for Books on Irish Culture from the American Conference on Irish Studies. Morgan’s book, New World Irish: Notes on One Hundred Years of Lives and Letters in American Culture, was published last November by Palgrave MacMillan.
