Register for shrimp feed by Monday
The Central Ozarks Section of the Miner Alumni Association at Missouri S&T and the Rolla Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE) will hold their annual shrimp feed on Saturday, Aug. 25. Because several campus parking lots are closed for the geothermal energy upgrade, students may be required to park on the street. Please note that the Rolla Police Department will ticket vehicles parked for more than 72 consecutive hours in many locations. You can read the Rolla city ordinances here.

The Leach Theatre Box Office will return to its normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, on Monday, Aug. 20. The box office is located in Room 103 Castleman Hall (located inside the 10th Street entrance of Castleman Hall). Call 573-341-4219 for more information.

Staff Council thanks everyone who donated to the Salvation Army food drive. They were able to donate nearly a pickup load of canned goods, paper products and personal hygiene items. Cash donations were also accepted. Thank you again for supporting those in need within our community.
