The annual Focus on Teaching and Technology Conference (FTTC) will be held Oct. 24-25, at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Scholars, educators and practitioners from numerous universities will share their online innovations and teaching experiences. Register online.

Chancellor Cheryl B. Schrader will give her State of the University Address from noon to 1 p.m. today, Monday, Sept. 9, in Leach Theatre. She plans to address the three strategic initiatives that were recently funded by the UM System. Read more about the initiatives here.

The parking lot on the north side of Fulton Hall, which is part of Lot 1, will be blocked off 7 a.m.-noon Tuesday, Sept. 10, weather permitting. The closure will allow for crane access to Fulton Hall’s roof for HVAC equipment replacement.
