Stress Reduction Meditation sessions open to all

Lower your stress level by attending free Stress Reduction Meditation sessions from 12:15-12:45 p.m. on Wednesdays in the Shamrock Room of the Havener Center. The ongoing sessions are open to the everyone. Research suggests that practicing regular mindfulness meditation can reduce stress and enhance overall psychological and physical well-being.

University of Missouri System President Gary Forsee will visit Missouri S&T on Tuesday, Nov. 2, to give a brief update on the state of the university, discuss the budget gap, economic development and take questions on retirement benefits.
