Well, times are changing and the department is excited to announce the launch of Missouri S&T Guides. S&T Guides is the official app of Student Success Programs. By order of President Barack Obama, all U.S. flags at state and government offices will be flown at half-staff until sunset Thursday, June 16, to honor the victims of the tragedy in Orlando, Florida.

There is a swarm of honeybees in and around a tree between Norwood Hall and Centennial Hall. A local beekeeper is enroute to move the swarm off campus.

Two educational research projects proposed by three Missouri S&T faculty have been funded for 2016-17 as part of a mini-grant program co-sponsored by the office of undergraduate studies and global learning, and administered through the Center for Educational Research and Teaching Innovation (CERTI).
