Read More »Miner Challenge is spreading holiday cheer this year by hosting a bake sale and pictures with Santa. The event will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, on the second floor of the Havener Center in the student life commons. There will be treats, Christmas music and pictures with Santa Claus. Items in the bake sale will vary in costs between $.50 and $3, pictures with Santa will be $5 per print and donations will also be accepted. Pictures are printed on-site and emailed to you if you’d like. If you’d prefer a photo without Santa, you can have a family picture taken with a winter backdrop.
