Mathematics conference March 27-28

The mathematics and statistics department will host the spring 2015 meeting of the Missouri section of the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) Friday, March 27, through Saturday, March 28. The Missouri Collegiate Mathematics Competition will also take place during the meeting, with 47 teams from Missouri colleges and universities planning to compete. Sigma Phi Epsilon to host car and bike show

SigEp’s third annual Car and Bike Show will be held 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. Sunday, April 12, at Missouri S&T’s parking lot C. There will be four different competitions: Best Car, Best Bike, Muddiest 4×4 and a 50/50 Cash Prize. Pre-registration is $5 and registration on the day of the event is $10.
