Fireworks at the mine

Fireworks displays will be visible at the Experimental Mine, located on Bridge School Road in southeast Rolla, on two Fridays in June for the conclusion of each Explosives Camp session. The fireworks will begin at approximately 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 19, and Friday, June 26. Parking is limited at the mine. Dr. Hussein Znad, lecturer of chemical engineering at Curtin University in Perth, Australia, will present a lecture titled “Industrial and Environmental Applications of Microalgae: Challenges and Future Trends” 11 a.m.-noon Thursday, June 4, in Room B12-B Bertelsmeyer Hall.
