Safely dispose of unused medications Friday, Oct. 23

In recognition of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, Student Well-Being and University Police will host a prescription drug take-back event from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23 in the Havener Center atrium.
Drop off expired or unused medications and learn about safe medication disposal, local prescription drug drop boxes, bottle-locking caps and medication deactivation bags.
Can’t make the event? A prescription drug disposal box is available 24/7 inside the University Police station at 205 W. 12th St.
