Dr. Dawei (David) Wang, assistant professor of business and information technology in the Dennis and Janet Jaggi School of Business, co-authored an article published in LSE Business Review. The article, written with Dr. Michael Matthews, assistant professor of management at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, examines how leaders’ emotions affect workplace relationships and organizational performance and explores the role of “emotional scripts” in leadership.
