Are you passionate about helping your colleagues grow, connect and thrive at Missouri S&T? The Staff Success Center will launch a new staff mentoring initiative designed to foster meaningful connections, professional development and a stronger campus community.
This fall, a small pilot cohort will match selected new staff mentees with experienced mentors who can provide guidance, support and insights about navigating and succeeding at S&T. Feedback from the pilot participants will help shape future mentoring opportunities for staff.
