The Staff Success Center invites Missouri S&T faculty and staff to participate in the October Marathon in a Month challenge, which begins Thursday, Oct. 1.

This free virtual wellness challenge encourages participants to walk, run or dance at least 26.2 miles during October. Participants who complete the challenge will be entered into prize drawings at the end of the month.

To participate, register by Thursday, Oct. 8, at app.healthcode.org/dashboard. Select Marathon in a Month under upcoming events and choose the bronze registration level. There is no registration fee, although donations are accepted.

When completing registration, select University of Missouri System as the organization and Missouri S&T as the group.

Departments and campus groups interested in competing for the G.O.A.T. traveling trophy should email Simone Waldon if their team name is not listed as an option during registration.
