S&T dining has announced leadership and culinary updates to support its commitment to high-quality dining and catering services for the Missouri S&T community.
Danny Bernal has been appointed interim director of S&T dining and will provide leadership and oversight for campus dining operations.
Brittanie Kircher has been named catering director and will oversee catering operations while continuing to work with campus partners to support events and service needs.
Tyler Graham has joined the culinary team as sous chef at Thomas Jefferson Hall. He will support food preparation and menu execution with a focus on food quality, service and the student dining experience.
The updates reflect S&T dining’s continued investment in leadership and service for students, faculty and staff.
