Ready to take the next step? The Gear Up career mentoring program connects sophomores, juniors, seniors and master’s students with Missouri S&T alumni and industry professionals who’ve walked a similar path and are now thriving in their careers.
Through the program, students can:
- Explore career paths and industries
- Build professional confidence and skills
- Learn from real-world experiences
- Prepare for the transition from college to career
