Attend the Missouri Physiological Society annual meeting at S&T

Engineers, scientists and anyone interested in biomedical research are invited to attend the Missouri Physiological Society’s annual meeting Saturday, Oct. 24, in St. Pat’s Ballroom A and B of the Havener Center.
Physiology is the study of how the body functions and increasingly relies on expertise in sensors, materials, software and systems modeling. Attendees do not need a background in physiology to participate. The meeting offers opportunities to connect with biomedical scientists from across Missouri, learn about current research and explore potential collaborations.
Dr. Gina Yosten, professor and Kummer Endowed Department Chair of Biological Sciences, will present the keynote of the annual meeting.
Early registration rates are available through Friday, Oct. 2. Student registration includes a complimentary membership in the Missouri Physiological Society, a chapter of the American Physiological Society.
