Chef Rocky Smith has joined Missouri S&T as executive chef for dining and catering services.
Smith brings extensive culinary and leadership experience to the role and has worked professionally as a chef since earning a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts from the Culinary Arts Institute in Portland, Oregon.
