Quick resources for graduate students

Your graduate specialist is your go-to resource for university requirements, forms, deadlines and graduation planning. Walk-in hours are available while classes are in session from 2-4 p.m. Tuesdays and 9-11 a.m. Fridays. If those times don’t work for you, email your graduate specialist to schedule an appointment.

Beyond our office, Missouri S&T offers a wide range of resources to support your academic, professional and personal success:

  • Your academic department: Get advising, funding support and program-specific guidance from your department. Each graduate program has designated faculty and staff representatives who can help with program-specific questions.
  • Registrar’s Office: Get help with enrollment, registration, academic records and commencement information.
  • University Libraries and Writing and Communication Center: Find workshops, consultations and resources related to research, writing, citation, copyright, scholarly publishing and research impact.
  • Student Financial Services: Get help with tuition, billing and financial questions.
  • Student Well-Being: Access counseling, group sessions, wellness consultations and other resources to support your well-being.
  • Dean of Students Office: Find support related to academic integrity and student conduct processes, as well as connections to additional campus resources.
  • Student Health Services: Access health care visits with no copay through the student health fee, along with reduced costs for some medications, procedures and laboratory tests.
  • Career Opportunities and Employer Relations: Get support with career preparation, co-ops, internships and on-campus employment, and connect with employers at the Career Fair each fall and spring.
  • International Student and Scholar Services: Get support with international student and scholar needs, including assistance navigating federal immigration requirements.
  • Student Involvement: Connect with student organizations, activities and opportunities to get involved on campus. Explore organizations and upcoming opportunities through MinerLink.
