Looking to better understand your communication style and improve workplace interactions? Join the Staff Success Center for the Personal Effectiveness Workshop, the foundational offering of the Leadership Development Program.
This four-week workshop includes a DiSC assessment to help participants gain insight into their communication and work styles. Through interactive sessions, you’ll learn to recognize the styles of others, strengthen collaboration and improve outcomes in the workplace.
The workshop will be held in person 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Wednesdays in September and October. Space is limited.
