The Kummer College Team Innovation Projects, or TIP, program is recruiting undergraduate and graduate students for three fall 2026 opportunities. Applications are due Monday, Aug. 31.

Opportunities include:

• GenScript TIP Project: Develop an AI-powered product advisor for a global gene synthesis and life sciences company. The project combines AI, software development, user experience, data science and life sciences.
• MilliporeSigma TIP Project: Explore enzyme research, patent and intellectual property analysis, and AI-assisted research and development workflows with a global biotechnology company.
• Organizational Diagnostics and Systems Thinking (KC5001-103): Build skills in systems thinking, root-cause analysis, discovery interviewing and organizational problem-solving while working with entrepreneur and Missouri S&T alumnus Hugh Cole.
