Finals week can be stressful, but you don’t have to do it alone. Missouri S&T offers free resources to help you recharge, reset and finish the semester strong.

Need support after hours?
From anonymous peer support to wellbeing podcasts and text-based check-ins, digital wellbeing resources are available whenever you need them. Explore TalkCampus, the Joe Miner Chatbot and the Morning Cup of Joe podcast.

Need a study break?
Visit a Miner Oasis location for massage chairs, free coffee and tea, snacks, crafts, aromatherapy and space to recharge. Locations include the first floor of Curtis Laws Wilson Library, Room 218 of the Innovation Lab and Room 202 in Norwood Hall.

Need food support?
The Miner Food Pantry offers free food and essentials for students with convenient walk-in hours throughout the week at the Student Engagement Center, 605 W. 11th St.

Take care of yourself this week. Rest matters, too. You’ve got this, Miners.
