The Miners in the Making K‑12 afterschool program is accepting waitlist applications for the 2026-27 school year.
Operated by the Kummer Center for STEM Education, the free program is located on the Missouri S&T campus and serves Phelps County students every weekday during the school year. Programming includes hands‑on STEM activities, academic support and enrichment.
Families interested in being considered should complete the waitlist form at stemcenter.mst.edu. For more information, call 573‑341‑6264.
