The next Finance and Operations Information Series session, “Business Process Improvement and Automation,” will highlight recent efforts to streamline key administrative processes across campus.
The presentation will highlight collaborative work by the business team, business intelligence team and other campus partners to improve the graduate waiver, onboarding and offboarding and travel authorization processes. Presenters will outline the challenges that prompted change, the solutions implemented and early metrics showing the effect of the improvements. The session will also explore opportunities for continued enhancement.
