Faculty and student publish wind tunnel modeling research

Dr. Davide Viganò, assistant professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering, and Noah Cain, a senior in aerospace engineering, published “Improved modeling of blow-down supersonic wind tunnels” in The Aeronautical Journal.
The paper focuses on improving modeling accuracy for supersonic wind tunnel testing to support experimental design and control system development.
