The sponsored programs team invites you to a virtual training session about the proposal submission process using S&T’s new GUIDE application. Two online sessions will be available: 1-2 p.m. Thursday, March 19, and 11 a.m.-noon Friday, March 20.  

As a reminder, all proposal submission documents must now be routed through GUIDE. This training will provide a step-by-step walkthrough of the submission workflow and best practice recommendations to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for you and your research teams.
   
The sponsored programs team’s goal is to support you throughout this transition and collaborate closely as you become familiar with the updated system. All faculty who submit external proposals or plan to submit external proposals are encouraged to attend.

Each session will cover:   

• Navigating the GUIDE platform
• Required documents and routing
• Tips for avoiding common delays
• Resources and support available to you.
