Learn about the Work Study Program

This week’s sessions of the Finance and Operations Information Series will provide an overview of S&T’s Work Study Program, including how federal and institutional work study funds support student employment across campus.
Participants will learn about eligibility requirements, the awarding process, how students secure positions and supervisor responsibilities. The session will also cover payroll and timesheet requirements, federal compliance expectations, recent updates for the 2026–27 aid year and best practices for creating meaningful student employment experiences.
