CLC software requests due April 12

Information technology’s computing learning center (CLC) software request process is now open for instructors who need new, specific software packages to be available in CLCs across campus. Submit requests by Sunday, April 12.
To request software, use your UM System Microsoft account to submit the form.
You can request one type of software per submission. Click “submit another response” for additional software requests.
Please note that all CLC software, including current and new versions, must be requested through this form for 2026 summer AND fall classes. IT must acquire all software licenses. New software requests are subject to approval through BPM Policy 12004, which states that any IT or telecommunication purchases must be approved by IT. Any requests received after the deadline may not be available for the next semester. For assistance, create a ticket at help.mst.edu.
