Trans World Airlines (TWA) Scholarship

Applications are due to the University of Missouri System Office of Academic Affairs by April 1, 2026.
The University of Missouri System is accepting applications for the Trans World Airlines (TWA) Scholarship. The scholarship supports students conducting research that addresses environmental issues.
At least seven students will be selected:
- Two or more law students ($3,500 minimum per semester) selected by the MU and UMKC law schools
- Five additional students ($3,500 minimum per semester) selected by a systemwide committee
Awards are made for the following academic year and paid in two equal installments at the beginning of each semester. Recipients will be notified in May.
Applicants must be enrolled full time and classified as Missouri residents for tuition purposes by the registrar’s office. Full eligibility details can be found here.
