Student Success Center earns national recognition for tutor training

Missouri S&T is proud to share that the Student Success Center has earned certification as a Level 1 certified tutor training program from the internationally recognized College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA).
For more than 30 years, CRLA has set the standard for excellence in learning assistance, reading, and academic support programs, with nearly 1,300 members and more than 2,000 certified training programs around the world.
This certification recognizes the Student Success Center’s commitment to providing high-quality tutoring and training experiences for S&T students. Earning this distinction means the center has met CRLA’s standards for tutor selection, training, direct service and program evaluation — reflecting S&T’s dedication to helping every student reach their academic goals.
