S&T music groups to perform holiday concert Dec. 12

Missouri S&T’s arts, languages and philosophy department will present a holiday concert featuring the university jazz ensemble, orchestra and choir at 7 p.m. Friday, December 12, in the Leach Theatre.
The ensembles will be directed by Matthew Sokeland, jazz lecturer, Foster Beyers, orchestra lecturer, and Lorie Francis, teaching professor of music.
Tickets are $5 for the public and free to youth ages 18 and under and for Missouri S&T students with a valid ID. Tickets can be purchased online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online. Tickets can also be purchased at the Leach Theatre Box Office starting one hour before the performance.
