Missouri S&T’s Team Innovation Projects (TIP) program is partnering with Deep Fission on the development of their Gravity Reactor as part of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Reactor Pilot Program.

This is not a hypothetical exercise; it’s a live project with secured partnerships and DOE support. Students of any level who have an interest in nuclear and power systems, computer science, project management, data science, infrastructure for high-power systems, regulatory processes or energy-sector partnerships are welcome to apply.

Students will be required to work 10-15 hours per week during the semester, travel as needed to the project site and must have a genuine interest in sustainable energy and commercialization of advanced technologies. Learn more about this opportunity and apply here!
