Applications are now open for the Miner Alumni Association Leadership Award Endowed Scholarship. This scholarship recognizes outstanding student leaders who demonstrate academic excellence and meaningful involvement on campus and in the community.

Applicants must:

• Be a full-time undergraduate student at Missouri S&T
• Have completed at least 60 credit hours
• Hold a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Demonstrate leadership through university and community involvement

A complete application includes:

1. An online application at scholarships.mst.edu
2. A personal statement (maximum 500 words)
3. An unofficial undergraduate transcript
4. One letter of recommendation from a faculty member or university official

Applicants will be evaluated on academic excellence, service, personal goals, potential and recommendations.

Two $3,500 awards will be presented at the Student Leadership Awards Banquet in the spring. Scholarship funds will be applied to the student account for the 2026–27 academic year.

All materials must be received by Feb. 1, 2026. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
