MinerAI seminar: Exploring AI and learning in the age of generative intelligence

Join the MinerAI seminar at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, in Room 140 Toomey Hall for two talks by University of Missouri-Kansas City faculty members on how artificial intelligence is transforming teaching, learning and cognitive development.

Speakers include Dr. Alexis Petri, director of the Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence at UMKC, and Dr. Larry Wigger, teaching professor and faculty director of the supply chain management program at UMKC.

A reception will follow the talks with special guest Shu-Ching Chen, executive director of UMKC’s Data Science and Analytics Innovation Center.
