Missouri S&T will host the first Miner Tank Innovation Pitch Showdown 3-5:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, in the Innovation Lab Forum. Twelve student teams will pitch ideas to a panel of industry experts in a Shark Tank-style competition.
A networking reception with heavy appetizers will follow at 5:30-6:30 p.m.
The event is co-organized by the master’s in economics and innovation program, the Product Innovation and Creativity Center, and technology transfer and economic development. Vesper Energy will sponsor a $5,000 scholarship for winning teams, selected by the panel of experts.
