“Singin’ in the Rain” comes to S&T

Missouri S&T’s theatre program will present Singin’ in the Rain Oct. 16–19 at Leach Theatre in Castleman Hall.
Based on the classic MGM film, this production brings each unforgettable scene, song and dance to life—including the show-stopping title number, complete with an onstage rainstorm. Hilarious situations, snappy dialogue and a hit-parade score of Hollywood standards make Singin’ in the Rain the perfect entertainment for fans of the golden age of movie musicals.
Performances will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
Tickets are $10 for the public and $5 for Missouri S&T students with a valid ID. Tickets may be purchased at the Leach Theatre Box Office, located inside the main entrance of Castleman Hall facing 10th Street. The box office is open 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets are also available online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219.
