Register for customer service workshop

The Staff Success Center will host in-person, interactive workshops focused on delivering exceptional customer service in higher education. The next session is Thursday, Nov. 20.

Participants will learn to:

  • Identify and define campus customers.
  • Deliver superior customer service.
  • Apply de-escalation techniques.
  • Create a personal action plan for assisting customers.
